it began with a window..
RETULLED is a couture and ready-to-wear tutu and accessory line headed by designer Siobhan Cleveland. Siobhan fell into tutus after her first creation was commissioned for the the window display of a local boutique. Needed for an event the next day, the piece was the product of a serendipitous, no-time-to-spare rickshaw ride from a friend to the fabric store and an a night spent sewing. The all-white confection was a hit, soliciting requests from shoppers and passers-by alike.
Siobhan's pieces offer a wide array of styles. Tutus made of tea-dyed tulle, lace, silk poppies, and grosgrain ribbon find their place among others of black, paint-splattered, day-glo netting.
